✓ Stack Every Incentive ✓ Hand Delivered Benefits ✓ Set It & Forget It ◆ Platinum Tier
To Our Platinum Preferred Partners,

There is a moment in every sales conversation where the customer leans in. Not because the price was right. Not because the rate was low. Because somebody finally showed them something nobody else had taken the time to build.

That moment is what Prosper was designed to create.

The Prosper Paramount Solar Incentive Program does one thing nobody else in this industry does consistently. It finds every available incentive your customer qualifies for, stacks them into a single package, and then hands the entire benefit directly to your customer without them having to chase a single form, file a single document, or stress about a single deadline.

Set it and forget it. That is not a tagline. That is the literal experience your customer has from the day they sign to the day their benefit is delivered. Prosper handles the qualification, the structure, the tax strategy coordination, the lender communication, and the principal recast. Your customer does nothing except watch their payment drop.

This is the new golden standard in solar. And right now, it belongs exclusively to Platinum Preferred Partners.

"Most companies sell solar. A few sell savings. We built something different. A team that finds every dollar a family is owed, stacks it into one plan, and hand delivers the result without the customer having to do a thing. Set it and forget it. That is the golden standard this industry has been missing."

Three Families. Three Situations.
One Structure That Works for All of Them.

The Prosper Wealth Plan is not just for wealthy customers. It delivers meaningful outcomes across every income profile. Here is what the math actually looks like, with full transparency on each moving part.

Every example below uses the same core structure: Prosper Wealth Plan commercial credit transfer, SREC monetization layered on top, and a principal recast that reamortizes the loan. The benefit amount varies by qualification, but every family wins.

A Higher Standard of Care.
A Higher Level of Execution.

Most companies optimize for volume. We invest in long-term customer outcomes. That means better service, stronger trust, more referrals, and a customer experience people remember long after the install is complete.

01

Built for the Long Game

We invest beyond the sale because the real value of a customer starts after the contract. Long-term care creates long-term trust, and long-term trust compounds the business.

02

Structured to Deliver More

This level of qualification, deal engineering, incentive stacking, and follow-through takes real infrastructure. Most companies are not built to execute it consistently. We are.

03

Happy Customers Compound Growth

Families who feel taken care of come back, refer, and raise lifetime value. We do this because we care about the outcome, and that care becomes a growth engine the market remembers.

Leave No Family Behind

"The big companies looked at this, did the math on what it cost per deal to execute, and walked away. We looked at the same math and saw a family that deserved better. That is the whole difference."

Craig Stratton, CEO & Founder, Prosper

The 25D residential tax credit is gone. The easy pitch is gone. The customers who deferred in late 2025 are sitting in homes with no offer worth saying yes to. This window is open right now. It will not stay open forever.

Common Results at a Glance

Every number below uses a 25 year loan at 8.99% APR. The Prosper Wealth Plan benefit is applied to principal at year one and the loan is recast. What remains is a payment that often competes with, or beats, what they were already paying the utility company.

i Benefit amounts reflect ITC (30 to 40% depending on bonus eligibility) plus applicable depreciation offset by income bracket. Higher earners capture more depreciation value. All figures are illustrative. Run the Midas calculator below for customer specific results.

Every income level wins. From $35K to $200K, the Prosper Wealth Plan cuts the payment. The benefit scales with income but the outcome is the same: solar that makes financial sense at every level.
📈
The $100K family pays $158/mo on a system that was $319. That is often less than their current power bill and they own the system outright at the end of 25 years.
🏆
$200K household recovers 71.5% of system cost in Year 1. That is not a discount. That is a wealth event. Run this in front of any business owner and watch the room change.

All calculations use 8.99% APR, 25 year term. Benefit applied to principal at year one, loan recast at original rate. ITC reflects 30% base plus applicable bonuses. Depreciation scales with marginal tax bracket. Illustrative only.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Federal Solar Tax Credit work?

The ITC lets you deduct 30% of solar installation costs from federal taxes. Bonus credits for domestic content and energy communities can increase this to 40%+.

What if I don't owe enough taxes?

Federal solar credits carry forward up to 20 years. Unused credits roll over to future tax years until fully utilized.

What is depreciation and how does it help me?

Solar systems qualify for MACRS depreciation, allowing you to deduct the cost of your system over time. This reduces your taxable income and can increase your overall tax savings.

Do I need to itemize my taxes?

No. The federal solar tax credit is a direct credit against your tax liability, not an itemized deduction. You can claim it regardless of whether you itemize.

The Questions Every Customer Asks.
The Answers That Close the Deal.

These are not scripts. They are the truth told cleanly. The rep who can answer these ten questions confidently does not have competition.

Because they cannot make money off of it. The bigger the company, the less they care about engineering individual deals. National installers are built for volume. Same pitch, same product, same margin, thousands of times a day. Structuring a commercialization framework requires individual qualification, tax strategy partnerships, and deal by deal engineering. There is no shortcut. There is no scale hack. Large companies looked at this structure, did the math on what it cost per deal to execute, and walked away. They made a business decision. We made a different one. They walked away from the family sitting at that kitchen table. We built the entire program around getting that family every dollar they are owed.
The catch is qualification. Not every customer qualifies and we never oversell it. The Prosper Wealth Plan works through a properly structured commercialization framework. It requires the right tax profile, the right project structure, and in some cases a grid interconnection agreement. When those boxes are checked, the math is real and every incentive is documented in the federal tax code. This is not a loophole. It is a structure most families never knew existed because nobody took the time to build it for them.
The standard 30% residential ITC for purchased systems was eliminated effective January 1, 2026. What Prosper structures is a commercial credit transfer, a different mechanism entirely. Depending on eligibility, that can include the ITC at 30% to 40%, accelerated depreciation, Section 179 deductions, and applicable bonus credits. The residential credit most customers heard about is largely gone. What we offer is what replaced it, for the families who know where to look.
We tell them that upfront, before they sign anything. Prosper runs a qualification assessment on every deal. If a customer does not meet the criteria, we present exactly what they do qualify for and build the strongest possible package around their actual profile. No customer ever goes into a deal expecting a benefit they will not receive. Honesty is what protects the relationship and the referral that comes after it.
Every component of the Prosper Wealth Plan is grounded in existing federal tax law. The Investment Tax Credit under IRC Section 48, MACRS accelerated depreciation under IRC Section 168, and applicable bonus provisions under the Inflation Reduction Act. The structure is established through Nelson Mullins, a nationally recognized law firm. Customers are advised to review all outcomes with their own qualified tax advisor. We provide the structure. The tax code provides the authority.
The benefit is typically processed and applied in the tax year following system activation. For Full Transfer customers the latest processing date is October 15 of the year following activation, often sooner depending on investor timing. Once applied, the loan principal is reduced and the payment is recast at the original rate. From activation to recast, most customers experience the full impact within 9 to 14 months. Set it and forget it. That is the literal experience from signature to delivery.
In many cases, yes. Systems activated in 2023 through 2026 may be eligible depending on the original purchase structure and whether benefits were previously claimed. If a customer purchased their system and has not fully utilized available credits, a Prosper advisor can assess eligibility and potentially work with prior tax years going back up to three years. It is worth one conversation before assuming the window is closed.
Research from Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory indicates solar installations increase home sale prices, with buyers willing to pay a documented premium for owned systems. The Wealth Plan benefit, once applied and the loan recast, is already locked in. It does not reverse if the home is sold. The lower payment was real while they owned it. The increased home value is a documented advantage when they sell it.
That is a fair concern and it is exactly why Prosper built the infrastructure before making the offer. The structure works when three things are in place: a qualified customer, a verified tax strategy partnership, and a team that stays through execution. Most companies that made similar claims failed on the third one. They closed the deal and disappeared. Prosper manages the process from qualification through benefit delivery. Over 1,005 verified reviews reflect customers who went through the full cycle, not just the pitch.
Because the Wealth Plan is not something you can buy off a shelf. It requires vetted tax strategy partners, legal infrastructure through established counsel, lender relationships that allow principal recasting, and a team that has executed this across 25,000+ installations in 42 states. An independent rep can sell panels and a loan. A Platinum Preferred Partner walks into any home, any income level, any tax profile, and builds a plan that makes financial sense before the first statement ever arrives. That is not a pitch. That is a position in the market nobody else holds right now.

All financial examples are illustrative and intended to describe how the Prosper Wealth Plan structure may apply across different customer profiles. Tax outcomes, credit eligibility, and benefit amounts depend on individual customer tax status, project structure, geographic location, and qualified tax advisor guidance. Prosper does not provide tax advice. SREC values fluctuate by market and compliance period. Loan examples assume 25 year amortization at 8.00% with principal recast after benefit is applied. LMI and rural bonus credits subject to IRS eligibility guidelines. USDA REAP supplements vary by project classification. All figures should be verified by a qualified tax advisor before making financial decisions.
